Hey friends, I regret to announce that today's Chats & Chuckles is postponed. Boo! Technology is giving us fits and it's not an option to join each other in person to bring this to you because of social distancing. We will keep working on it and will reschedule as soon as we can. Thanks for all who were going to attend!

 

You may be wondering what that was all about. I posted the very long back story about how the comedy path has been pursuing me for over eighteen months (and how I've been running as fast as I can in the other direction)!

But I don't like being controlled by fear so I'm doing it! Our stand-up comedy class may be canceled indefinitely, our Facebook Live may be postponed, but this IS going to happen. Stay tuned!

Also, still looking for dance party volunteers! This past week I did an impromptu live FB video where I jumped in puddles to reinforce the importance of moving stress out of our bodies. I promised the next thing I would do is host an online dance party. If you’re willing to dance with me, comment on Tuesday's post in the FTG Readers group and let me know. I’ll explain how and we'll figure out when. It will be easy and fun!. Come on, don't make me dance alone!
