Personal development has been something I’ve pursued since my teens and I’m always looking for more resources to grow, connect and stay inspired. 

 

However, I’m human too. I still have seasons where life feels hard and I face too many days feeling discouraged and stuck. Once I get past it, I can always point to what got me off track: I slacked off on self-care rituals and I stopped bathing my mind with empowering content. I don’t know why we stop doing those things that make us feel better?
