I'm starting a practice of creating a "Behind the Scenes" short video for each painting, tying that into a life lesson, much like my daily meditations that you know and love.

I've shared a few on Facebook and Instagram already and people seem to really appreciate knowing the back story: what I was thinking, what I wasn't thinking and what happened.  The first one is already there, so check it out!
